Challenge
The brief asked me to reimagine an existing building as a pop-up initiative promoting health and wellbeing. I chose a central city location and focused on designing a space that balances accessibility, comfort and therapeutic support. The challenge was to create an inclusive interior that welcomes diverse users and responds to local community needs.
Goal
My aim was to design a calming, supportive environment that encourages self-care, social connection and wellbeing. The layout incorporated counselling rooms, a quiet/prayer area,
a kitchen and a social zone, all connected by a coherent interior identity. Material palettes, branding and furniture choices were developed to ensure harmony and purpose across the space.
Outcome
The final proposal included detailed floor plans, elevations, mood boards and rendered visuals.
The design introduced a warm, nature-inspired atmosphere through timber textures, soft greens and natural light. Branded elements such as tote bags and signage extended the identity beyond the space. Overall, the project demonstrated how thoughtful interior design can foster wellbeing, accessibility and community connection.

Exploring location, user needs and initial spatial planning for the “Space 4 You” pop-up wellbeing hub. The concept focused on accessibility, comfort and social connection within a central city site.

Detailed floor plan and elevation illustrating spatial zoning and design functionality. The layout combines reception, social, counselling and quiet areas designed for inclusivity and wellbeing.

Material palettes and brand identity development. Natural tones, soft greens and timber textures reinforce the calming, nature-inspired theme that extends across interiors and brand applications.

Rendered interior visuals showcasing the user experience within key areas, from entrance and social zones to counselling and quiet rooms, reflecting a cohesive and welcoming design atmosphere.
